The 32nd Shanghai Spring International Music Festival will be held in Shanghai from April.28th till May. 18th in year 2015. In order to better propel musical creation, to support the growth of young musician and to promote Shanghai as the highland of artistic talents and an international cultural metropolis, now we release the notice regarding preparations on the program registration of the 32nd session of Shanghai Spring International Music Festival, as follows:

　　Ⅰ.Registration time: from now on till December 31st, 2014(deadline based on the  stamping date stated on the envelop)

　　Ⅱ.Registration criteria:

　　1. Performance time must be arranged between April.28th till May.18th,2015, eg during the period of Shanghai Spring International Music Festival.

　　2. No restriction on the form of the program. Only requirement is that the program should be fully integrated with the theme of Shanghai Spring International Music Festival. The content should be positive, as well as professional, artistic and pleasant to view.

　　3. When registering, information such as performing group, main artists, name of undertakers, program content, program length and proposed performance date, scheduled performance location, etc should be in detail.

　　4. Please appoint full-time contact person, and fill in registration form in written. Promotional materials such as brief introduction of performing group, program, main creators, main artists, awards received etc should be submitted. Together with booking confirmation of the performance location, the agreement letters from the performance group, main artists, copy of the approval document issued by SMG, and audio materials such as program CD, DVD, etc.

　　5. The registration form should follow the format of ‘The 32nd Shanghai Spring International Music Festival Program Registration Form’ (see attachment). The registration unit should stamp the form. Any oral or non written registration is not accepted.

　　6. Please submit the completed ‘The 32nd Shanghai Spring International Music Festival Program Registration Form’ and all attachments to the Organizing Committee Office of Shanghai Spring International Music Festival with the time specified above.

　　Ⅲ.Selection criteria:

　　1. When the registration is closed, the Arts Committee of Shanghai Spring International Music Festival will finalize of the program to be performed on the 32nd Shanghai Spring International Music Festival, based on the artistic category, highlights, performance schedule, quality of program etc, among registered programs.

　　2. After being selected as the performance program of the 32nd Shanghai Spring International Music Festival, the Organizing Committee Office of Shanghai Spring International Music Festival will announce the selected programs, and start to propaganda and promote programs based on the overall promotional planning. For not selected programs, there will be no further notification and the submitted materials will not be returned.
