¡¡¡¡The Adelaide Harmony Chorus was established in 1947, is one of the largest chorus in South Australia, with a membership of about 100. Its Patronsarethe Governor of South Australia and teacher of Music College in University of Adelaide.Its current conductor Andrew Chattertonalwayspursues perfection of each performanceand endeavors to achieve excellence.
¡¡¡¡Over the years,the Chorus has been cooperating with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation in chamber studio broadcastsand with Australian and international conductors in a range of choral concerts. It has also performed in Adelaide Festival of Arts many times, and won first prizes in AdelaideMusic Competition, Royal South Street Ballarat Music Competition, Australian National Music Competition and Vitoria Chorus Competition,etc.
¡¡¡¡In 2017, the Adelaide Harmony Chorus held concert to celebrate its 70thanniversary. It remains active in chorusstages and pursues excellence. This concertwas performed by the Adelaide Harmony Chorusfor interpretation of classic operas and musical theaters.

¡¡¡¡Conductor: Andrew Chatterton
¡¡¡¡Andrew Chatterton graduated from Elder Conservatory, is noted chorusconductorin Australia.
¡¡¡¡From 2004 to 2010, he was employed by Flinders University as conductor of its Chorus, and then acted as conductor of Chorus of St.PeterCathedral, and lead the Chorus to tour in Australia, and performed in USA, Italy and France.
¡¡¡¡He is active in the field of composition, and conducts global premier of new works composed bynumerousAustraliacomposers. In 2016, he acted as conductor of Adelaide Harmony Chorus, and conducted the Chorusto performJoseph Haydn's"Genesis",Johannes Brahms'"Elijah",Handel's Messiah and Bach'sCantataNo. 78, 140, and 150, etc.In 2017, he was honoredto conduct theme concert for celebrating 70 anniversaryof birth of Adelaide Chorus.
¡¡¡¡In addition, Andrewis also conductor and teacher of Chorus of St PetersburgConservatory, and the chorusconductorof six middle schools.As a member of the Chorus, he often performs with Adelaide Symphony Orchestra in Adelaide Art Festivals and Opera Festivals, and learns conducting fromJohannes Fritszch, Arvo Volmer, János Fürst and Christopher Seaman via Australia Symphony Conductor Development Program.
¡¡¡¡Tenor: Adam Goodburn
¡¡¡¡Adam graduated from Elder Conservatory, Adelaide University, won Bachelor of Music for vocal performance in 2003. Later, he studied in London with vocal coaches in Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Adamacted as the role of Nanki Pooin opera "the Mikado"inOpera Australia; and in "ButterflyLovers" in South Australia National Opera House;Pang in "Turandot", Don Basilio in "Marriage of Figaro", Nathanael, Cochenille, Pittichinaccioand Franz in "Tales of Hoffmann", Orpheus in "Orpheus in the Underworld", etc.
¡¡¡¡In 2007,Adam performed the role of Mahatma Gandhi in Philip Glass¡¯s opera "Satyagraha", which won Helpmann Award nomination for best opera performer. Furthermore, Adam is a co-founder of SINGular Productions and produced "I Love You","You¡¯re Perfect","Make ChangeNow".(Fringe Festival, 2007), Elegies,"Song of Cycle","Different Fields"and Musical ¡°It¡¯s Affairof Dad", etc. He is cooperatingwith State Opera of South Australia in two new Australian operas, one is titled ¡®Innocence¡¯, and the other is a new chamber opera unnamed.
¡¡¡¡Baritone:BlancRovrinov
¡¡¡¡Blancgraduated from Elder Conservatory, tutored by Patrick, won honorary Bachelor of Classic Music, Mater of Music Performance. He studied in Lisa GartenNational Opera Schoolin December, 2015. In 2016, Blancwas tutored by Coloratura soprano Bruce Fordin USA, and learned singing of Mercy (Mozart's opera "Mercy") and Mitridate(opera "Punt King Mitriddat"). In 2017, Blancattended Bel Canto Master Classheld by Giovanni Reggioliin Tuscanin Italy. Later, he was tutoredby Italy baritone Mario Bella Novain singing skills. In 2015, Blancjoined South AustraliaNational Opera House, and selected by New-generation Artist Program of South AustraliaNational Opera House,and acted as role of Bastien in "Bastien und Bastienne". In aspect of concert, Blancperformedwith Malcolm Martinand David Barnardin concert "Spanish Love Song".
¡¡¡¡In recent years, Adamacted as the role of Lenskiin Tchaikovsky's "Onegin",Rudolf in Puccini's "Bohemian" in 2017, Titoin "Tito's Mercy"in 2016, Fellando in "Women's Heart" in 2015, Tamino in "Magic Fife"and Pinkerton in "ButterflyLovers" in 2014.
¡¡¡¡Soprano: Teresa La Rocca
¡¡¡¡Teresa La Rocca obtained a drama and music degree at Adelaide University, one of main actors of Australian National Opera Housenow. Shewas a finalist in the ABC¡¯s Young Performers¡¯ Award, won prizes of State Opera Aria, Herald-Sun Aria and the Metropolitan Opera Award.
¡¡¡¡Her roles for State Opera of South Australia (SOSA) include: Norinain "Don Pasquale", Rasa in "Mavra", Despinain "Women Are So", Liùin "Turandot", Susannain "Marriageof Figaro", Donna Elvirain "Don Giovanni"and the soprano in Verdi¡¯s "Requiem"
¡¡¡¡Teresa performed with SydneySymphonyOrchestra in Emory series concertand Doman symphony. She arousedgreat sensation in "Viva Vivaldi", and performed in "Lucia di Lammermoor" with same name. She often cooperates with Sydney Philharmonic Orchestra, Melbourne, Adelaide, Darwin and other symphony orchestras. Teresa recorded soundtrack of aria "Eternal Freedom"on Stephen Elliot's film "Adventures of Priscilla" and"Queen of the Desert".
¡¡¡¡Mezzo-soprano: GUILA TIVER
¡¡¡¡Mezzo-soprano Guila Tiver graduated from the University of Adelaide,and won Churchill Fellowship to continue with vocal studies in International Opera Studio Zurich, Switzerland, graduated from International Opera Studio Zurich with excellent academic records. She was engaged as principal singer of Basle Opera upon graduation, and spent next 14 years in her professional singing careerin Europe. Guila performed as soloist in Lucerne International Festival of Music, cooperated with renowned Lucerne Festival Strings, the Lucerne String Quartet, the New York Chamber Chorus, etc.
¡¡¡¡After return to Adelaide in 1984, Guila was invited by the ABC to act as main singer in the performancesin South AustraliaNational Opera House and VictoriaNational Opera House, during which he cooperated with Adelaide Symphony Orchestra, Melbourne Symphony Orchestra and Western Australia Adelaide, etc. She was a soloist in Adelaide Festivals of Arts and Barossa Music Festivals, invited twice to Europe to perform Berlioz's song cycle,"Night of Summer"with Toscana Symphony Orchestra and Toscanini Symphony Orchestra. Guila has also made success in as oratorio soloist, and cooperated with almostall chorusesinAdelaide, invited to act as main role in "Carmen" and toured in Australia.
¡¡¡¡From 1985, she taught vocal in Elder Conservatory of Adelaide University, acted as Dean of Voice Department from 2009 to2014. In 2013, Guila won ExcellentTeaching Prize, and returned to Royal Conservatoire of Scotlandto act as a teacher.
