Hearing Spring: The Music Education Department's Choral Concert

¡¡¡¡With a theme of ¡°Listen to Voice of World¡±, this concert aims to demonstrate everything¡¯s changing and life¡¯s vigorousness of spring through choral works with a variety of styles and forms. The concert willpresent classicsongs by Haydn and Verdi as well as contemporary works by Ko matsushitaand ¨¥riks E?envalds. In addition, there are works of Chinese old, middle-aged and youngcomposers, whose works discover spring from differentperspective. Both Professor Lin Hua and young composer Tian Mi¡¯s new pieces will also be interpreted. The concert will performed by Female Chorus of Music Education Department of SCM as champion of world chorus competition, and Mixed-sound Chamber Chorus, the newly launched chorus of the Department.
