　　The Wind Music Festival of shanghai Spring International Music Festival is jointly hosted by the Organizing Committee of Shanghai Spring International Music Festival, Yangpu District Government of Shanghai, the Foreign Affairs Office of Shanghai Municipal Government, Shanghai Education Health Working Committee, Shanghai Municipal Education Committee, Shanghai Municipal Administration of Culture and Tourism, Shanghai Federation of Culture & Arts, the Wind Music Association of Chinese Musicians Association. Since 2008, the Wind Music Festival has been held for 11 times successfully, attracting foreign bands from USA, Germany, Spain, Austria, Czech, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Australia as well as 832 domestic bands from 33 provinces, Hongkong, Macau and Taiwan of China. The Festival has attracted nearly 50 thousand wind music players and more than million audiences, as well as renowned bands at home and abroad, including the Military Band, the Navy Band of Chinese People’s Liberation Army and the Armed Police Band of Chinese People’s Liberation Army. The Festival has made far-reaching impacts in the circle of music worldwide, and won the professional operating award and normative operating award of Shanghai major cultural events for several years.

　　The Wind Music Festival is divided into: Opening Ceremony, Wind Music carnival, Exhibition of Excellent Pipe Team Exhibition from various provinces and cities, Wind Music into Campus, and other parts.
