　　To celebrate the seventieth anniversary of the founding of People's Republic of China, a mass concert “'Carol of Peace and Prosperity·Long Live,Our Motherland"–“Yijiangnan”Chorus Concert for Celebration of 70th Anniversary of Foundingof People’s Republic of China”is hosted grandioselyby Shanghai MusiciansAssociation and Shanghai Arts Promotion Center, together with Jiangsu MusiciansAssociation, Zhejiang MusiciansAssociation and AnhuiMusiciansAssociation, characterizedby high scale, high qualityand high level, to present lofty compliments and sincere wishesto the 70th anniversary of founding of People's Republic of China.

　　Groups from Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui(three provincesand one city), which won prizesin various majornational, provincial or municipal chorus competitionsor have great influence in chorus circles worldwide, will be invited to participatein the Chorus Concert, including more than 600 chorus members of different levels of age,“the old, the middle, the teenagerand the young”.More than 20 well-known excellent songs, revolutionary songs and classical songs,withcharacteristics of times, representativeness, emotionality,universality, are selected and arranged, to build a chorus concert reflecting deep accumulation of “red culture”, humanistic connotationof “Shanghai-style Culture”and artistic styleof “Jiangnan Culture”, so as to eulogizethe great contributions made by CPC leading the people towards liberation, wealth and mightiness,pay tribute to thegreat achievements and construction results of the new Chinain the past 70 years, demonstrate the determination and confidence of Chineseto follow the Party and work together for “Two Centenary Goals”.
